Discipline does not last. Eventually you will give up, unless you can become ADDICTED to the process. It is about swapping out one addiction for another. We are all addicts to something, but is that thing, destroying you and your family? Or enhancing it? THATS how you keep going.. You have to become an addict of the process. If you find yourself stopping everything you start, it means you are still an addicted to old things = giving up, when discipline fades and it will eventually. It is about filling that old space with a new addiction that will make discipline much much easier :) But first..you have to realize you are an addict to something, before you have the power to change it
