Introduction JJ Rousseau ends his social contract with this conclusion: Now that I have laid down the true principles of political right, and tried to plant the state on its own base, the next task would be to strengthen it by its foreign relations. That would bring in the law of nations, commerce, the right of war and conquest, public law, leagues, negotiations, treaties, etc. But all this ads up to a new subject that is far too vast for my narrow scope. As it is, I have ranged further afield than I ought to have. Since that time at the end of the 18th century many new theories in political philosophies were added and more varieties of political sciences were created to cite international relations, foreign policies, diplomacy, etc… Each country on earth as well as each civilization of earth has drafted and sculptured its own foreign policy depending on its tradition and philosophy of life however, none has tried to mold political sciences as the mathematical science of political systems, and to consider it from purely scientific and mathematical angles as myself has considered this in the Center For Research On Political Systems For The Middle East at systempolitics.synthasite/ Therefore, if we wish as Americans or Canadians being North American neighbors, to approach politics in this 21th century with a modern mentality same as USA approaches physics and space scientific researches, whereby USA had proven to be the most successful nation in that respect, then we should handle politics as if sitting inside a Star Trek space ship which travels across galaxies in search for know-how, establishing democracy and looking for new civilizations, otherwise, it is just nonsense to be traveling towards a space station with outstanding technology and science packages and still take political decisions in the spirit of 16th till 19th centuries theories, being just literal in their approaches to complicated problems. I think that the philosopher JJ Rousseau had meant in his conclusion something of modern in establishing foreign relations which should be searched for, in addition that it has to be objective in its content in order to enable it to be durable. 2. Geometric Representative of the Four Secular Geometric Models My proposed four geometry models of secular political systems in the world best fit to this end, and can be found in the paper entitled Discourse on Politico-Mathematics for Peace in the Middle East. Discussions of the four secular geometric models systems operations and their eventual mutual interactions The four proposed geometries with their poles make the object of four algebraic vector subspaces, which when enabled to open or communicate with each other through intermediate boxes with gates receiving information’s inside one stream from a pole on a certain secular geometry, thus stocking it, before diverting it following a logic Boolean order to another pole of another secular geometry. 3.1 Case of studies of single, dual and triple pole exchanges among various models 3.1.1 Case of mono transfer of Democracy between two Geometries Consider for example the claim that democracy is a foundation of the Jewish State although the Secular Zionist Model as a triangle of Figure 1. This above objective means to enable or give rights to Europeans or Americans in implementing democracies or equalities among peoples of the Middle East, as though being advisors on human rights, without causing irritations to political governments or parties of these nations who can thus suspect the return of previous colonial rulings before Arabic countries independences. When such a dual transfer had been undertaken, the expected results would be better as all peoples share the fruits of these, thus, causing a neither unbiased nor skewed geometry of the secular models under transfer stress and strains. 3.1.3 Case of triple transfer of Defense, Democracy, Culture in between two and three Geometries In this section, I am going to comment on an important case and situation which is ongoing in these days in the Middle East and which also occurred in between 2003 and end of around 2010 in Iraq. Also, we can expect Religion poles from the Arabic model square to travel towards the Hexagon and Pentagon model poles with sometimes fundamentalist and fanatic parts in their population statistical distribution therefore, with the intermediate boxes illustrated above they can be stripped outside the systems into the universe. Few days ago, I was following on Panorama program of Al Arabia TV a live discussion over a discrepancy between President Obama and Secretary Kerry on to create or not a no fly zone over the Syrian-Turkish border. It was explained by a professor from the American University in Washington DC as its source comes from Turkey being against it. I think and I mean not sure about this, that Secretary Kerry is reluctant to this and not President Obama who wishes to make it happen for the following reason. Secretary Kerry appeals to me as having a head shape and look 90% similar to that of President Abraham Lincoln (God Bless His Soul!) a key founder to Democracy in the United States. As you know, writing is the tool and path to Democracy. Now, if the statue of Liberty is the symbol of Democracy with it holding in one hand the chart of Democracy and in the other the Torch of Enlightenment, then if you replace the Torch always with a Sword and few times with the Pen, then Democracy loses its value and turns to Hobbesian politics and even to Tyranny (C’est comme la démocratie ayant la valeur d’une monnaie qui devient une fausse monnaie avec le temps à cause d’un mauvais usage!). If we consider the American Democracy book chart and the Torch of Freedom Enlighten the world in addition to the consulting of the National Anthems of Canada and Lebanon, we remark that in the Canadian French anthem “The Sword and Cross” are held each in one hand while in Lebanon its “The Sword and Pen”. Previous to the King of Iraq rulings in the 50’s were remnants of Turkish development and cultural program there (Which are not so fantastic!) which erased the otherwise existing remnants of Arab cultures from Abbasids completely erased by Mongols and Seleucid Turks attacks to Bagdad. Therefore, this available pole of Arab culture heritage is nearly an empty hole the way I see it from nuclear physics angle, therefore a sort of Fermi hole in nuclear physics or a Dirac hole in the virtual Dirac Sea of electrons in high energy relativistic quantum mechanics. That would bring in studying of graphs having poles as ministries of trade, industry, agriculture, natural resources, environment, tourism, public health, education, interior, municipal affairs, health, justice, etc. But all this ads up to a new subject as an extension to this actual one that is far too vast for my narrow scope.
