An Arab has no superiority over a non-Arab, nor does a non-Arab have any superiority over an Arab; white has no superiority over black, nor does a black have any superiority over white; [none have superiority over another] except by piety and good action. Learn that every Muslim is a brother to every Muslim and that the Muslims constitute one brotherhood... Last Sermon Many of us say we put Islam first in our lives and that we would marry someone from a different culture and that might be true to an extent. However... 1. Would you accept to marry someone from another culture? 2. If yes - will your family accept them? 3. If your family will decline will you try to convince them using Islam as a guide? (both brothers and sisters) 4. If you would never marry someone from a different culture - why not? 5.Race/Nationalism in looking for a spouse, the issues at hand? 6.
