Disgraced former communications minister Dina Pule will be back in Parliament after the elections, courtesy of the ANC’s democratic processes. Pule is number 70 on the ANC’s national to national elections lists, which secretary-general Gwede Mantashe handed to the Independent Electoral Commission this afternoon. If the ANC gets 60% of the national vote, the first 120 names on this list are guaranteed to go to the National Assembly, unless they are disqualified by the IEC.
