Disgusted with #fordindia right now. These guys have been taking my #fordfigo for service every 10k kms. I identified 1. the engine oil getting used up more than it should. They said that there was no issue with anything, but they cant fix it. 2. I have some noise coming from the steering wheel.... The representative tells me that a lot of cars are coming up with this compliant. So this means they KNEW about it. Despite that they havent checked to see if my vehicle had this problem. Now convienently they tell me that they have noticed it and the whole steering wheel needs to be changed... but unfortunately it isnt under warranty. What bullshit? They are trying to escape all accountability by stating the no warranty reason ... when it is their defect and they SHOULD be replacing it. Very very disgusted. My next car is going to be anything but a Ford. This is the worst choice in a brand I think Ive made
