EDUCATION • At least a Degree in a computer-related field (computer science, information science, or management information systems) from a recognized institution or any other equivalent qualification acceptable to BITRI. • Professional certification relevant for database administration EXPERIENCE AND WORKING KNOWLEDGE • A minimum of 7 years experience in IT, preferably in a similar role • Experience in database administration in a multi-user environment and mission critical system IT TECHNICIAN MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB • Provide technical assistance, support and training to end-users EDUCATION • At least a diploma in a computer-related field (computer science, information science, or management information systems) from a recognized institution or any other equivalent qualification acceptable to BITRI EXPERIENCE AND WORKING KNOWLEDGE • A minimum of 5 years IT user support experience Remuneration Botswana Railways offers competitive salary and benefits.
