Do NIGERIA GOVERNMENT have reasonable Counterterrorism relation with CHAD, CAMEROON and NIGER? This should be the next phase of finding those girls and effort of tackling Boko Haram. The abducted girls are most possibly trafficked into Chad, Niger and Cameroon as child bride. Reasonably the government of these 3 countries should already be assisting Nigeria to combat Boko Haram terrorism because insurgents are using these 3 countries as base to hide out and also to recruit mercenaries. Nigeria cant go inside different country to be looking for these girls, it requires cooperation of their government. If Chad, Niger and Cameroon government refused to cooperate in assisting Nigeria in finding these girls, nothing but use of force, which would be an act of aggression by Nigeria investigative and security unit to go find those girls. Your daughter cannot be abducted and sold into different country and all you care about is dialogue to see if the government of other country will cooperate with you getting your daughter back. But all these depends on if the Nigeria President even have balls to face these 3 countries leaders apart from pontificating Borno, Yobe and Adamawa governors.
