Do NOT go to the $3 car wash on University. I have NEVER been so insulted! I took Marshalls car to wash and vacuum it there. One employee and one manager came to ask me if I intended to wash the car or just use their vacuums. I explained that I had already washed it (which is odd, because I ALWAYS vacuum and scrub my convertible before taking it thru the wash, and nobody has ever said anything to me about that before). They said it didnt look washed (guess the water all over it just meant it was sweating)!!! So I had to pull up my bank account to show them the charge!!! Apparently, if you are wearing sneakers and a t-shirt, and driving an older (fine, crappy) car, it is open season to harass you there. What a fantastic college town attitude. Oh, and then I didnt even get an apology after I proved I had already paid!
