Do You Have Any Qualities of the People Who Make Money In Network Marketing This industry is full of people who dont make any money and its because there are more new people coming into the industry than there are veterans who have been around for 5+ years. New people are fired up and excited but just dont understand that this needs to be treated like a business that they just a 100K loan out to build. They also lack the skill-set, many of which never take the time to develop (now you know why those income disclosure statements are so bad). If youre willing to become a student of the game first, develop the skills and never quit then you will succeed in network marketing 100% of the time. It all starts with Believing in yourself first. Successful Network Marketers Care More About their Results and Less About their Status in a Company In the beginning I didnt understand the power of intention. Now I know that intention is everything in life. take someone with bad intentions or no intentions and they will end up in a financial, social desert, left to choke on the dust of their own regret. Take someone with clear, positive and powerful intentions and their life can change. I want to ask you, what are your intentions? Are you here to make a lot of money? Are you here for a status and demand respect instead of earning it? The people who make money in network marketing have their intentions and vision on the end result, not their status in a company. They have a set goal and work consistently to attain it, not worrying about what others are saying or doing in their company. The Servant Leader Ever have the experience of meeting a leader or someone who was making a lot of money or maybe just more money than you and you could just tell that nobody liked them. You could just tell that they were authoritative leaders and not servant leaders. I learned that authority can get in the way of your success in network marketing not feed it. Because who do people want to follow? The person they wish to follow because of their service to others and selflessness or their rank and authority. The greatest followings in history that still last to this day were from people who lived a life in service to others. These are the people whos followings and empires thrive and cannot fall. The authoritative leader is one who may have a people who follow him for some time but their empire always ceases to exist. Maxwell They Create Systems or Use Systems that Have Already Been Created Im sure that youve heard the saying, Systems are duplicate-able but people are not and if you look at some of the top income earners in any company youll begin to notice a certain trend between them all. They all have a System that is easily duplicated by the newest people because then it becomes easier to have each person on your team enroll 1-3 people and this can grow exponentially. I have seen people rise up in ranks but as soon as they hit a certain rank their business would stay stagnant and not produce because what they did wasnt duplicate-able but it worked for them. Just because it works for you, doesnt always mean that its duplicate-able, remember that. So look to create a duplicate-able system, or even better just use one that a top income earner in your company is already using. They Dont Make Excuses This one should be obvious but I find it funny how many of us really make excuses on just about everything, and are so used to the habit of making excuses in our minds that we dont even realize that we are doing it. But excuses are the poor mans language. Excuses Are the Poison of Low Performance. I used to make up excuses in my head like, I can just talk to the next person, or Ill get to that tomorrow because I am busy today. these are usually the excuses that we dont even notice but are taking the biggest toll on our dreams and bank accounts. So try to be more conscious and aware of what youre really saying to yourself. I hope that I could provide you with some insight into how a top income earner really thinks and behaves. Choose now to develop some of these qualities and skills. Choose now to start acting like a veteran while having the mentality of a student.
