Do each of these exercises for 30 seconds, rest only 10 seconds, and do the next one. Finish all 12 and that is one set. Do 2-3 sets. You will have worked your whole body and will also get aerobic benefit. Each set takes about 8 minutes. . Jumping Jacks Wall Squat Push Ups Abdominal crunch or substitute another ab exercise like bicycle kicks Step ups (I used a small kitchen 2 step ladder) Squats (free standing no weights, can add dumbbells if you prefer) Tricep dips (use chair or coffee table) Planks High Knees (hands behind head, stand straight up, march with left elbow to right knee and alternate) Lunges Push up with rotation (push up and then turn upward in one direction, extend one arm straight up, return arm to floor and repeat alternating) Side Plank (laying on side, elbow and forearm on ground, raise hip off ground and hold)
