Do not hold onto the treadmill. This drives me a up a wall so much. If you are hill training or incline training, do you realize how much easier it is when you hold on and lean back? We dont walk up hills holding on and leaning back, youre just setting yourself for failure and not using proper form. After all, you are training to be better at going up hills. I really want to slap hands with a ruler when I see people holding. lifefitness/static-assets/image/blog/Posts/incline_wrong.jpg < THIS IS NOT THE RIGHT WAY.
