Do not judge do not assume...you have not walked in their shoes...just like the sofa quarterback who can say this or that should happen you have no idea...bottom line...we need to stop the stigma of depression, PTSD, bi-polar so ppl can get the help they need instead of going thru life destroying themselves and the lives of others in their wake...I hope something good comes from this..& other lives & families are spared...
