Do not plan evil against your neighbor, who dwells trustingly beside you. Do not contend with a man for no reason, when he has done you no harm. (Proverbs 3:29, 30 ESV) Pray for those who are doing things to you & your family out of meanness & hatred: people that do things against you have a deep seated issue with their private life situated far below the surface & is revealed through their actions against people they resent out of envy or other emotional reasons. Best thing to do is to pray for God to heal them, for the word of God to expose & dry up at the root what their pain is.
