Do rules comes first or experimentation comes first before the rule is being established? This is something which I learned, that applies both to my business as well as spiritual life. The conclusion is that, in the business journey, it starts with an entrepreneur, with a vision and an idea, and then only systems and processes (the rules of the business model) is established. Same thing, for many spiritual individuals, they sometimes fall into the trap of referring to the rules, rather than experiment for themselves to find a new insight or angle of a particular teaching in the Scriptures. Remember, to succeed in business or even spiritually, both requires experimentation of what works for you and what does not, and that only comes with a personal experience, both in business and with God. Try everything for yourself, before establishing a belief, so that you can validate it, and not listen to popular opinion, which could be wrong.
