Do the math here. I sent my payment to the timbers on 10-16-13. It never showed up in my bank account until 11-1-13. Dorothy from the billing office at the timbers told me she had deposited it on 10-18-13. The stamp on the back of the check says 10-31-13. I called both my bank and Dorothy from the timbers billing department trying to track my payment. As it had not showed up on the bank statement or when I went on line it had not showed it had posted. In my account. My bank had no record of the check ever coming through my account. I think something is very fishy here Dorothy from the timbers. I am making monthly payments to the timbers for the balance on my out patient therapy that my insurance didnt cover. They have already taken me to court to try and sue me for it even though I have been making payments. I am concerned that they are trying to pull a fast one on me. She gave me a print out that showed she posted it to my bill 10-18-13. I can pull up both sides of my check online and see the deposit date. It just showed up in my account today.
