Do you Struggle with motivating yourself to workout???? A few tips to help you out is to 1) sort out a playlist of music that pumps you up and gets you in the mood. Alternatively try workout motivation speeches such as the1 hour clip at the bottom. 2) plan you workouts for the week at the weekend and always start on a Monday so the rest of the week doesnt suffer 3) get your diet right and drink plenty of water as this will help make you feel more alert and have higher energy levels meaning you are less likely to skip a workout 4) get plenty of sleep each night 5) workout early in the morning so you have the whole day ahead of you and dont need to worry about feeling tired after work. 6) buy new gym/exercise clothing as this will make you want to workout. Try these out and see what a difference it makes to your workouts
