Do you buy food…? Do you read the packaging to help decide what is Healthy Food…? Do you try to eat Natural food whenever you can..? Do you trust the big manufacturers to provide healthy natural food for you and your Family…? I used to, thats why I ended up nearly 20 Stone last year, with high blood pressure and according to my Doctor on the verge of type 2 Diabetes… Check out this thought provoking Video and the next time you go grocery shopping allow an extra hour or three to read the ingredient list of what you are paying good money for… but dont expect to be able to actually pronounce a pretty high percentage of them.. Its time we held the food industry accountable much in the same way as we did the cigarette industry….. Lets think about this for a moment, not only can we not watch adverts on T.V. for cigarettes… at any time of day, even post watershed, but we can not even view cigarettes on sale in large stores anymore. Then on the packaging we have big letters that inform us of the damage smoking does, with graphic images etc. HOWEVER its ok for our Children to find out all about the give away toys in a happy meal in the Ad Breaks of childrens programs …… WTF…!!
