Do you ever feel stuck? Like you are searching for water but all you find is sand? Like you cant possibly take one more step or your legs are gonna fall off. That feeling where the fight just isnt worth it anymore. No matter what you change, say, give, take away that it just is never good enough....you arent good enough. My friend, you are always enough. There is not one person, object, parasite that can tell someone that they arent worth everything in this world and more! The scale is no longer the enemy, an ex is no longer the enemy, the mirror is no longer an enemy, celebrating the holidays alone is no longer the enemy. Your view on you based on another is the true enemy. Dont let that enemy win!! Stop saying you arent good enough, worth enough, deserve enough...because you are enough.
