Do you ever have days where your workout is just not as great feeling as it usually feels? Just know that this is normal and apart of being dedicated...practicing discipline even though you do not connect with the workout or feel as energetic about it as you normally would. I have times when I feel like a million doing my workouts and other times I feel "off" or not as connected to them. Relax and know this is a normal part of living a fitness lifestyle. Tomorrow is a new day and you will get that excitement back again soon! Just stay commited.
