First move - Make sure your core is engaged and shoulders up, back and down. 15 reps. Second move... Make sure not to have a lot of weight on the leg with the heel lifted. Core engaged. 15 reps. Third move - Core engaged. Again majority of your weight will be in that base leg. Pulse down for 8, bring it up and repeat for a total of 3 times. Repeat on your other leg. Repeat the entire circuit 3xs.
