Do you have asthma??? I think Sue Dunn will confirm how bad mine has been my entire life. I have had steroids for as long as I can remember. And still needed my blue inhaler multiple times a day. In march 2012 an asthma nurse reduced my steroids as I had been on them so long and they are expensive. Within 72 hours I had an asthma attack. My steroids got upped. Aloe cranberry drinking gel I had read could help with asthma ... but I did myself prefer the plain in taste. So thats what I have. 60mls each morning. In dec I noticed I was taking my blue inhaler much less. In January my doctor was amazed at my peak flow- best ever! And praised my choice in daily supplement. Forevers aloe. (Not any aloe!!!!) ... We made the choice to lower my steroids. By half. I have not looked back. And I cant remember the last time I even used my blue inhaler ..I always carry one.. but before it was usually in my hand as used it so frequently. I have a review again next month and im hoping to reduce my steroids further and eventually be rid of them. My life and this disease at bay from one shot a day!!?? So so happy ;-)))))
