Do you have trouble thinking of healthy, well-rounded meals for your kids? Soup is the answer to all those cooking woes! Start with sauteeing onions and garlic and add veggies, lentils, beans, leftover shredded chicken, rice/quinoa/bulgur, homemade bone broth etc. We almost always put kale (sometimes spinach) in our soups and its a great way to get those leafy greens in. Its also a great way to clean out the fridge if you have a bunch of random stuff. Happy souping!
