They must therefore make fresh application to the respective State Government. 3rd All laws require approval before can be applied in Sabah and Sarawak Territories otherwise these laws or acts is unconstitutional therefore null and void. 4th Federal Government has NOTHING to transfer to PETRONAS as stated in Section(2) of the Petroleum Development Act 1974. 5th PETRONAS has no more right to give out concession areas because the areas given to them do not belong to the Federal Government anymore As a conclusion, Sabah and Sarawak destinies were STOLEN by audacity, deception, guile and it is time to take what is rightfully ours back. #HPM63
