Do you know a childcare provider that’s a hero? Authors Chris Stralyn and Kristi Porter are collecting stories of Heroic Childcare Providers to be included in an anthology titled Childcare Heroes. So tell them what makes your childcare provider a hero! If your entry is chosen to be included in the book, both you and the childcare provider you nominated will each receive an autographed copy of Childcare Heroes. Submission Guidelines: Submit your entry, in 2500 words or less, to childcareheroes@aol. Include the full name, location (city/state/country) and contact information (email and telephone number) of both childcare provider and person submitting the entry. This information is for purposes of verifying the submission details of finalists. It will not be made public. All entries must be in either: .doc .docx or .rtf format PLEASE NOTE: copy/paste your entry into the body of the email. Attachments will NOT be opened. Submission deadline is 11:59pm (Eastern Standard Time) on November 1, 2013. Winners will be notified by email no later than December 1, 2013. Publication is scheduled for early 2014.
