Do you know anybody who has been denied Skilled Nursing Care--Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy--on the basis that they are no longer Improving? In the subject line--if they put the word Jimmo it will help as far as organizational purposes--I am collecting stories of how the Jimmo vs. Sebelius court decree has been violated by the major insurance companies since January, 2013? I am focused like a laser beam on this corrupt practice by the American Health Insurance industry. I am taking aim at the giants--United Healthcare and others.
