Do you know that the St.Joseph constituency has participated in more national elections than anyone other. Well Portsmouth equalled our record. We have participated in two by-elections plus the general elections. This is one of the reasons we are one of the most politically charged villages in Dominica,given our experience at electioneering. This is why we deserve the best candidates and whoever is presented to us must stand the test of time,must be of impeccable character and possesses the academic background which can match up to the very best brains which have emerged from St.Joe.
