Do you know the difference between a chemtrail and a contrail? A contrail is an abbreviation for condensation trail, which is a visible white vapor trail produced as water vapor condenses from aircraft engine exhaust. Contrails consist of water vapor or tiny ice crystals. The length of time they persist varies from several seconds to a few hours, depending largely on the temperature and humidity. Chemtrails, on the other hand, are chemical trails purportedly resulting from intentional high-altitude release of chemical or biological agents. While you might think chemtrails would include crop dusting, cloud seeding and chemical drops for firefighting, the term is applied to illicit activities as part of certain governmental and private programs. Chemtrails are distinguished from contrails by color, displaying a criss-cross trail pattern and persistent appearance. The purpose of chemtrails might be weather control, solar radiation control, or testing of various agents on people, flora or fauna. It only takes a few seconds to learn how to spot the difference between the usual trail which follows a jet aircraft, known either as a vapour trail or a contrail, and the phenomenon which has become known as a chem-trail or chemtrail. The conventional trail which follows an aircraft is not normally more than about a mile long before it dissipates, whereas a chem-trail spreads out across the sky into distinctive cloud-like patterns. Their appearance is often coincidental to unusual aircraft behavior and the trail itself will generally illustrate this. Chemtrails can be seen to suddenly start or end - which a conventional trail would not do unless the engine either failed or was stopped. But if you still doubt that what you are seeing is anything other than an innocent aircraft contrail you could follow the suggestion that observers prescribe. As the phenomenon is claimed to have only been evident since about 1984 - take a look at your old photographs to see if there is any evidence of this now ubiquitous phenomenon. The true nature of what these chem-trails are is not publicly known. Theories abound from weather control and the prevention of ozone depletion to population control or another form of mass medication. What can be safely assumed, however, is that if this evidently deliberate chemical dispersal is beneficial to humanity, the powers that be would be doing their utmost to draw our attention to it. As there seems to be a lack of official information on the subject, until such information is made available, it must be assumed that the converse is true, and that this phenomenon - whatever it is - is not to further our general well being.
