Do you know you can use your sleep as a meditation too? Our last thought in the night is our first thought in the morning. When we sleep with a stressful thought, we wake up feeling stressed. Thats one of the reasons why most of us wake up feeling a bit dull and lacking in energy. Here are a few steps to make your sleep a meditative process: - Read something positive before you sleep. - Have a light dinner. - Avoid drinking anything sugary after 7 pm. - Tell your heart My life moves with power of love. I am blessed. - When you close your eyes, count your blessings and feel the awareness moving through your body all over. Let the awareness flow freely on heart, naval, legs, and wherever it wish to move on. Repeat this every night for a powerful sacred morning!
