The cost is by the pound if you bring your meat to me or if I get the meat really count on double the market value which is real cheap for the amount of hours it takes to slow cook your meats for you for instance a pork butt takes anywhere from 12-18 hours to cook ribs 4-6 hours so that and my wood it well worth it for you, I only use hickory, oak, and citrus then on holidays for your turkeys and ham I try to only use pecan. If I must buy the meat there is a 50% deposit non refundable then the other 50% when you pick you meat up.
