Do you mentor? Have you been the recipient of mentoring? As female entrepreneurs, and generally solopreneurs, it is important to realize that it can never hurt to mentor someone who is new to the industry, new to business ownership, or to generally help out where needed. While you may not know everything (I sure as heck dont) , every step forward that you have made as a business owner is a step that someone else hasnt taken .. and they might need some help finding that step, that challenge, and moving forward. Step up and find some folks whom a) can mentor yourself and b) whom you can mentor. Pay it forward :)
