Did you know that all the major News agencies had access to the 05 trial Court Documents long before the trial began and long before some of this information would be known to Michaels Fans? All the major news groups handed out to their subsidiaries, affiliates and local news agencies information from the documents. All knew how to write a balanced article on the comments made by JCs Uncle using documented evidence, but preferred to hand out this distorted story and to label MJ Fans who fought so hard to tell what they knew as delusional liars unable to accept the truth about Michael. (Media truth). It would take the release of Michaels FBI file for the Fans to have concrete evidence the DA & Media knew JC was NOT in Europe as reported by JC to DD on Television. (Fans knew better) It would be the Files which told of JCs fight not to appear in Court and the threat he made. (Fans already knew his fear was based on one question by Mesereau. Why did he not know?) It would be almost a decade before many Fans would see the Court documents that told of JCs Uncle “RC” and how he successfully fought the 8 EIGHT.... subpoenas BY THE DEFENSE...not Prosecution so he would not have to testify at the 2005 trial. He fought not to bring all his so called evidence which was routinely read, played, printed and reported on by the Media to the world. Fought so his evidence of Michaels alleged guilt could not be seen by experts and tested for authenticity, but evidence he was allowed to present when he addressed the 2004 Grand Jury. It would be almost a decade before we knew RC got out of testifying by presenting to the Judge70 pages of absurd Tabloid stories which he claimed was the sole basis for his book, while a well known MJ Hater site which I suspect is RC’s did then and continue to show something different. Why would people who know and are living witnesses to incidents of Media Malfeasance believe what they report? I no longer expect any to admit to past wrongdoing, having failed to do fact checking and present an article in context, but to continue to do so now is unacceptable.
