Do you remember the song ABBA did called Take a Chance on Me? Well Molly has something to say to all of you! TAKE A CHANCE ON ME THATS ALL I ASK TAKE A CHANCE ON ME This wonderful sweet old Basset needs SOMEONE to take a chance on her. She Mothers all the dogs here in rescue. We love her dearly but wish so that some good person will give her a loving quiet home in her last days. She actually is pretty healthy she just needs eye drops twice a day (and she has come to Expect a little treat just for her after the eye drops too.) She has a sway kinda walk (she lived in a yard with no fence and a truck trailer backed over her one day while she was sleeping in her yard.) She was a breeder in her first 5 years. Her last Guardian is too ill to take care of her so he entrusted her to us for her care. We get her eye drops at a compounding pharmacy. She is really a gem she just in need old and blind. Even if you cannot take her in could you come out on a weekend and hold her on your lap and pet her? Or could you give a donation towards her care. We have Several old dogs here and just cant give them enough petting time...
