Do you remember what Justice Roberts said? As Chief Justice Roberts stated Congress has NO AUTHORITY to make laws governing individual mandates HE ALSO stated If this were a penalty it would be unconstitutional upon hearing that Obama sent someone over to convince Chief Justice Roberts it was a tax. Upon further review Justice Roberts agreed it was a tax. After that was resolved Chief Justice Roberts said The tax violated the Constitution as it does not apply to everyone & is therefore an unconstitutional tax. But being a tax it cannot be challenged until it takes effect. I hope people will remember this ruling.
