Do you shield & encourage corrupted Judges of the High Court ?? To, Sri Navin Pattnaik, the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Odisha. Sir, You know that it is the first & fore most duty of the state to ensure justice to the victims of the crimes of murder, rape and direct & indirect murder of brides etc . And, for this the state is to prefer appeal before the High Court & Supreme Court respectively against the injustices committed by the incompetent and corrupted judges of the Trial Courts and High Court . 2. In the murder case of my daughter, the apparently corrupted judge of the Trial Court acquitted the in –laws from the crimes of murder etc except the husband Atmaram Sahoo of Talcher u.s-302 and the mother-in-law Pratima w/o Chitaranjan Sahoo u.s-4 of DP act . I preferred Criminal Revision No.543/07 and the State Cri.A.No. 35/07 against the judgement of the guilty judge of the Trial Court . But the apparently corrupted judges of the High Cout- I.Mohonty & H.S Valla even murdered the little Justice done by the judge of the Trial Court and acquitted the husband from S.302, IPC and reduced the imprisonment of the mother-in-law to only one month vide their judgement dated18.11.2011 . 3. That, I prayed to your honour, The Director of Public Prosecuter and the Advocate General through my speed post petition dated 19.12.2011 to prefer appeal before the Supreme Court but of no response till date !! 4. That, the accured guilty judge , H.S.Valla retired on the date of judgement. Should I presume that the Cri.Appeal has not been preferred in order to shield and encourage the corrupted judge, I. Mohanty or for the concerned authorities being heavily bribed by the concerned benefitted criminals ?? 5. The matter needs be enquired effectively & immediately to ensure that your honour is not a party to the non-appeal and the guilty concerned authorities need be punished exemplarily and justifications of non-appeal needs be intimated to me . 6. There are huge injustices committed by the guilty judges of the Odisha High Court some of which has been strongly commented in my books Crimes of Odisha High Court Judges In Acquitting Criminals & Misusing S-304, IPC . Therefore, it needs be informed the public as to how many acquittals against which how many appeals have been preferred against the injustice acquittals committed by the guilty judges of the Trial Courts and the High Court at least for the last five years to prove that your honour’s government ensures justice to the victims of injustice and not encouraging the brutal criminals and guilty judges and for which such brutal crimes are in an alarmingly rising trend !
