Do you truly have Faith Many say they have faith but when they pray they only have fine words come from their lips and the words they say never reach the thrown of God to be answered ! They are as sounding Brass ! Jesus said it this way! Matt 8:26And he saith unto them, Why are ye fearful, O ye of little faith? Then he arose, and rebuked the winds and the sea; and there was a great calm. This same power is in you when you are filled with the Holy ghost ! If you are not Filled with the Power from on High Let us start here ! Repeat these Words after me ! Father forgive me of my sins , Jesus come into my heart and make of me the kind of person you want me to be! This is the sinners prayer ! You just repented and ask the Lord to enter your heart Now Petter Tells us to repent this is the start of salvation ! Acts 2:38-39 Tells us then to Be baptized in the Name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins ! You are now under Gods grace , 2 Cor 12:9 And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. The Bible says we battle not against flesh and blood but against powers and principalitys Not of this Earth! Eph 6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Now for this reason we need the Power from on High which Jesus gave to the Apostles in the upper room he told them to wait till they had this ! Luke 24:49 And, behold, I send the promise of my Father upon you: but tarry ye in the city of Jerusalem, until ye be endued with power from on high. This is what we all need to overcome the devil other wise we have no power! The power from on high is the Infilling Of the Holy Ghost who will give to you when you ask for it after you are a clean vessel ! You are clean when you have been baptized in the name Of Jesus Christ ! You are ready to be filled ! The Apostles were in the upper room Praising God when the Holy Ghost fell on them! Acts 1:8 But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth. Now this infilling of the Holy Ghost Gives you power when you show your Faith unto the Father In the name of Jesus Christ ! We were in a terrible storm and a tornado was setting down in are area they were announcing this detail by the minute ! So with the Power who is in me I rebuked it and ask the Lord to let it fizzle out in a empty field ! They announced it like this ! It is though there was a large hand which took the tornado and dropped it in a empty field in New Albany and it just fizzled out ! We had a Chopper there when it happened ! This my friends if the Power of the Holy God when you work your faith! One day in Atlanta, Ga It was raining hard and I was unpacking Cabinet in a new home there was no electric to run my drills ! While in the House I said Lord I need electric to run my drills and light Lord find me a Tipperary electric poll near me for I do not have hundreds of feet of cords ! When I went out side to get my tools there stood the electric pole with the outlets for me to plug into, right beside my Pickup truck ! Heb 11:1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. Now this takes faith if you are not receiving of the Lord you need to be stronger in the Lord the way to do this is to exercise this is the exercise Fast and pray and you will become strong on the Lord ! Rev 22:17And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely.
