Doctors advice when you have hypertension is cut down the salt, - TopicsExpress

Doctors advice when you have hypertension is cut down the salt, watch the weight gain, get some exercise etc... I went to Aldi the other day and the only grocery items I could find that were not loaded with chemical preservatives/additives, trans fats & salt/sodium etc.... and were not packed in plastic (because I dont want to be a hypocrite) were: Beer & wine, some not all the fruit and veg, a Ginger Ale (high in sugar though) and a natural Blueberry fruit spread (which is delicious by the way)... So I now have a couple of bottles of cheap wine to drink (over the next few days) while I contemplate my next move. Do I stay in Melbourne and watch the city I love fight with Sydney for the honour of being the dirtiest city and or the city with the most invasive surveillance and automatic fine revenue collection system in Australia. Or do I go live near some remote beach and pick up plastic trash every day when I go fishing, swimming or while walking along the sand? Hmmm... I wonder which option my doctor would recommend?
