Doctors make decisions about treatment based on the best AVAILABLE research. Currently only about half of all clinical trials get published, and positive trials are twice as likely to be published than negative ones. We will save more lives and practice better medicine with more transparency if we change this. The All Trials campaign and Sense About Science have already made a massive impact around the world on future clinical trials, but its time to open the vaults from the last 30 years.
