Documentary: COLD WAR by CNN (1998) This is a superb, 24-part documentary series (45 min each), that CNN produced before it took the off-ramp into crazytown, in which it is afraid to call things what they are. It chronicles the price paid by the U.S., our soldiers, and their families, to help combat the communist ideology, and its relentless quest for world domination. Until, thanks to one courageous U.S. president, it was brought to its knees without firing a shot, and dissolved in 1991. Its worth thinking about as we are now engaged in another battle against a cancerous ideology, but which our top leaders are afraid to name. As one of my modern-day heroes, Zuhdi Jasser, MD says, how are we supposed to defeat an ideology that we are afraid to even name? Exactly.
