Dodged another bullet Flossie went north to Maui. We had only minor damage a 15ft palm tree was broken in half, limbs were broken etc. and a friends 30ft ohia tree was up rooted. Not much rain as they expected a foot of rain for the Big Island. Power was out for about 6hrs. Thank God we have a generator. Surf was the big thing it was big and all the surfers were happy 12 to 18ft faces. Maui got hit hard 3in of rain an hour lightning and thunder etc. We still have until October until hurricane season is over. We will see what happens they say the third time is the charm. Hope they are wrong.
