Does any one, especially anyone from Concow remember when you could easily drive to Upper Rock Creek Crossing? There is a forest service meeting on Tuesday to talk about roads in the forest, and I want to ask them about the road to Rock Creek, whidh now has a gate across it, presumably put up by SPI. anyone else want to go to meeting in Oroville at 5 on tuesday? Hopefully they also will have answers about why Four Trees Road is now closed to through traffic. The meeting is at the USFS office on Mitchell.
