Does anybody have a spare to share? My good friend Paul is in desperate need of a kidney. His have completely failed, he is on dialysis 9 hours a night, every night, and still works a full time job. Through it all he still serves his community doing volunteer Search and Rescue with his dog Amber. He is the father of two sets of twins, and a grandfather as well. Paul is a wonderful, American, and so deserving of the gift of life that a kidney donation would bring him. ~D
