Does anybody want to join me in a 30 day push-up challenge? You do this from where you are and on your own, but we support one another. Guaranteed to strengthen and transform your upper body in 30 days. No, this is not some lame work-out gimmick. I used to do this with people back in the days of fitness training. And it WORKS! You start by getting into proper push-up position and see how many you can do (while maintaining good posture). Really push yourself here. Do the absolute most you can do.You take that number, whatever it is, (be it one or two !!) and double it. Thats how many you have to do in a day. This means you do two sets in any way you can throughout the day, although preferably within ten minutes of each other. You maintain that for one week, take a day off and start all over again, except this time, and for the remainder of the 30 days, you do THREE sets in a day. Again, its best to keep the sets fairly close together in time. Each week the maximum number you can do will increase, if you REALLY do this as I describe. ....Im doing this publicly simply because I cannot seem to remember to get down on the floor and do them. I thought if I had others doing it with me it would be fun and I wouldnt forget. Anyone?????? Rachel Miller, Clark Johnson, Cory Barnett, Marina Petric??? Or am I gonna hear crickets chirping? Oh I want to add, the push-up is one of THE BEST exercises you can do and they are not just for arms and chest. They work your core like few other activities!!
