Does anyone have any ideas on how to stop biting on ur nails it something Ive done all my life, Im 45yrs old. Well I got really bad off sick from this and still am. I bout dies in December from a bacteria infection in my disc and spine.. I could use sum help on how to stop. I dont need no jokers its not a joking matter..I just need to stop but when u have done something all ur life, its hard to stop.. Please help if u can. Thank u and god bless
