Does anyone know how I can contact facebook via phone??? I paid several weeks ago to boost a post and it has been charging me!! I tried to add a feature to a post that now allows the viewer to contact me direct, from what I gather, but once I tried a message came up that things have been paused. It also said I have an outstanding balance and need to pay it before I can add anything. Yes, I know how they work very well and I only selected it to run for 2 days. If I didnt stop it Lord knows how long it would have ran! It already went over 1-2 days from original schedule and thats why I stopped it. It said stop but the message is reading paused :/ grrrr.....they also charged me $25 that I had to dispute through PayPal.
