Does anyone know how receiving restitution works? Are you supposed to get it monthly or maybe they put it in an escrow and you get it halves or what? My cars that got stolen 2 years ago and the guy has been on probation a year.. Well my dad tells me I have a check waiting for me. So Im thinking Im going to have at least 1k..well its $45.
