Does anyone know how the horse was that was being transported by trailer through Burley today, trailer and range rover parted company on the steep hill up towards the golf course. Horrific seeing that trailer fly back down the hill at speed, so lucky not to have hit anyone, and thank god the only vehicle it hit was a landrover head on, the landrover managed to keep it stationery as we all tried to block the wheels and make it safe. Lots of help and everyone was brilliant, well done Holly Norman for saving the day with your 4wd with its weird suspension. The trailer was too heavy in front and even with a jack wouldnt get high enough for any other vehicle to tow off the road. Horse was quite upset and Id love to know that its ok and that all got home safe. Great teamwork from the Burley crowd though.
