Does anyone know if there is a leash law regarding cats in Sevier county? There is a young cat with a flea collar on that is always on our porch and trying to get in out house. It may go away for a few hours/day but always comes back! We are not allowed to have pets and it never fails when the landlord comes by to pick up rent...theres that dang cat lounging in the porch making itself at home! We are not feeding it, so I have no idea why it wont go away! We called the office here and they said nothing they can do. Cant figure out if belongs to anyone or if previous renters left it behind. Would hate to call animal control (would they even come pick it up?) thanks!
