Does anyone know where in Mumbai I can get a proper baking tray - TopicsExpress

Does anyone know where in Mumbai I can get a proper baking tray for the oven that I can use on the gas as well? And also a baking rack like the one marco is using in this video? Basically Ive seen all these chefs put their birds/pork on these wire racks inside their baking tray which collects all the drippings and then they just put that baking tray on the gas and make the gravy in that.
