Does anyone out there think Roberts can dodge driving a stake through the heart of Obamacare here? I honestly dont think theres any judiciously honest way he can. As even Linda Greenhouse at the NYT admits. The first time through, he could bend over backwards to allow Obamacare as a tax, and let it through, because the administrators for Obama made that case: Wed like you to consider it a tax, and allow that Obama fully l̶i̶e̶d̶ was just using marketing-speak here, but consider it in this new way . . . as a tax! If you do, then its possibly legal. But I dont think theres any way Roberts can deny the honest facts on the ground in the current case. I think Obamacares going to die.
