Doing some reading... had an ah-ha! I simply must share! Security is mostly a superstition. It does not exist in nature, nor do the children of men as a whole experience it. Avoiding danger is no safer in the long run than outright exposure. Life is either a daring adventure, or nothing. - Helen Keller Ive been searching and applying for jobs to provide a SECURE income so that I can maintain my commitment to a decent standard of living as well as following my passions. The search has been uphill and lonely at times... downright bleak too. It has seemed like I either sacrifice my true desires and passions for a steady pay check (security), or keep flying by the frill of my skirt with daring adventures and outright exposure to the dangers of living life on my own terms. Thank you Helen, for reminding me that avoidance does not = more safety and security. Ah-haaaaaaah!
